A Family describes how the Riverside County Sheriffs S.E.T ( Special Enforcement Team ) located in Temecula, Ca. went above and beyond to not only destroy their home, but also to leave it inhabitable, Which was one of the reasons the Family was forced to move. The smoke detectors were ripped out of the ceilings, leaving the Family without any Smoke Detection warning, and the Family was never told prior to the Riverside County Sheriffs ordering the Family back into their home after a search warrant was performed.
It wasn’t till the Following day the family realized that all the Smoke detectors were ripped out, As the Family continued to attempt to re-organize their home.
After the search the Family discovered that those searching the home were having fun, as the family stumbled across a dart which was thrown into their master bedroom wall, and it is clearly visible that there are no other dart holes around the dart, whereas the wall was used as a dart board.
Where the screw in the wall is left at an angle pointing downward there used to be a photo frame picture that once hung there, as they were disappointed to find it cracked and their family picture missing.
And there’s more, someone had the nerve to flick cigarette ashes in the family livingroom candle, including trash.
You should also notice there is a crack and a piece missing from the candle which was also done during the search! Please see the pictures below it clearly shows it was intact before the search.
( Note see picture at Bottom where it clearly shows an ash tray! seated next to the candle why didn’t they use it?)
The family also realized that someone went into their fridge and helped themselves to their bottled water, and ate their famous Stater Bro’s Chocolate Cake, in which a complaint was filed on that too, and the department got angry about that as well. They ( those whom searched the home ) simply put the empty box with crumbs left in it back in the fridge.
As the family continued to put their home back in order they began realizing that many items were missing from their home which were not listed on the Inventory sheet that the Riverside County sheriffs had left them.
As they continued to double-check the inventory sheet they noticed that WalMart Loss Prevention was also in their home searching and they too had Seized item(s).
The Parents again threatens to file a Complaint and that’s when their nightmare escalated according to the family.
First and For most:
Victims allege They were ‘ROBBED’ at gun point! their home was trespassed, burglarized, vandalized and more… and are now seeking Federal Intervention in the matter..Victims will also ask for Charges to be Brought against Officers with the Riverside County Sheriffs Department, Victims also allege they were held down and bounded by Riverside County Sheriffs (S.E.T) Special Enforcement Team which Ordered Civilians to Storm their home, Burglarize, search and seize property which was not stolen from WalMart nor did it belong to the Civilians ( Loss Prevention Agents ) which victims allege a theft occurred, and more…as many complaints were filed.
WalMart agents were parked around the corner of the resident’s home awaiting for the signal from the S.E.T Riverside County Sheriffs Team.. to storm and raid the house after the Victims were bound..in which WalMart Loss Prevention agents DID! and there’s more the Victims say..
If this is the case: Then it should be considered PRE-MEDITATED! and Conspiracy.
In-Fact: The Team of Officers Fail to report that a Child was arrested and detained in SGT VANCE STOLTE’S Patrol car for more than 30 minutes. The child was interrogated without the Parents present and or any legal counsel and later released without explanation.
It should also be noted: That Sgt Vance Stolte visited the child at Home months later without the parents present and made several phone calls to the Families home and Cell phone in which the family insists Intimidation was used to prevent further complaints.
Here are some additional chain of events that occured..Note events may not be in order:
Victims also allege that Officers made the matter very Confusing for anyone to understand! by falsifying their reports.
Here are just some of the Facts according to Documents and Reports:
1. A substantial amount of Marijuana was found at a home in Temecula. (2 separate amounts in two separate Locations) The residents don’t even use Marijuana nor do they know how it got there, and that maybe why no one was drug tested for the substance, and or it’s disappearance.
2. The Marijuana was not seized, nor tagged into Evidence, Nor did it ever make it to the Station.
3. Officer Testifies ‘Under oath’ In a court of Law ” We Didn’t Seize It ” (Michael Hamilton) in-fact he describes it more so on the witness stand than he does in his report! but FAILS to include what HE and or others did with it..In fact there are no charges for the marijuana nor do they even drug test the suspect! Hmmmm? Somehow the marijuana mysteriously Vanishes, but on which Visit? and how?
4. There were up to 15+ officers Present that day Searching the Home.
5. There were up to 5+ Civilians (Wal-Mart Loss prevention Agents) also Searching the Home.
Of all those Searching the home that day, Not one of them had informed the Mother or child that Drugs were being left in the Residence, prior to them (Mother & Child)re-entering their home.
6. The Officer whom Testified (Above) Comes back to the Home A few Days Later.
7. Without A Warrant, Along With a CPS Agent. Officer had no permission to enter the Home!
8. Officer began searching the Home, and Demanding for the Marijuana.
The same Officer also made a News Statement in an Internet Site, But Failed to include the Actions that either The Riverside County Sheriffs and or The Civilians (Wal-Mart Agents) Deliberately and or Intentionally left Drugs in the Residents Home.
9. The Father Began the Complaint Process and had filed one against the Officer.
10. The Riverside County Sheriffs send an Officer whom was Involved to Investigate. (Vance Stolte)
11. Father Felt it was Un-Ethical and became Terrified.
12. Results to Date: ?
What is shocking is that, The Riverside county sheriffs Dept, Had no problem leaving the child with the mother whom was called to come home from work, and allow them to Re-enter the Home that very same day, Yet The Riverside County Sheriffs come back a few days Later, with a CPS Agent! Did that Officer Tell the CPS agent that Drugs were left in the home by the Riverside County Sheriffs, and or The Civilians (Wal-Mart Loss Prevention)? according to a CPS Report it states that Marijuana was Found at the Residents Home, but it does not state that it was left there by those searching the home. whether this was a tactic to generate more income for a CPS case at the Tax payers expense or not, something smells very FOUL here..
